Ballet is an excellent dance for shaping alignment, technique, aesthetic purity of line and grace. Also, Ballet is fundamental for molding the dancer's body for all other dances by creating a proper base for movement.

Our Ballet classes are designed for both children and adults at all levels. If you have always dreamed of taking Ballet; it is never too late to begin, regardless of your age!

Ballet is a great form of exercise for shaping the Gluteus Maximus (the rear bottom), legs and abdomen.

The Dance Chamber offers students the choice between following R.A.D or I.S.T.D Ballet programs.
