Pilates is founded by the German born Joseph Pilates.  Pilates has been around for a century, but has gained attention only in the past 12 years.  This interest has been elevated by celebrities like Melanie Griffiths, Madonna  and Sophie Dahl as they began to share their experience with this holistic form of exercise. Pilates has something to offer everyone, of any age or fitness level. Although one will gain strength in the whole body, one of the main benefits of Pilates is core strength which include the muscle groups between the hips and shoulders area.  At the Dance Chamber students will benefit from a various forms and combinations of Pilates. Students see quick results in pain relief & spine allignment. 



Yoga began over 5000BC in India. Yoga came from the Rishis (forest dweller). The Rishis were very dedicated to discovering their true essence.  Since the birth of Yoga, many different styles have surfaced like Bhakti, Jnana, Raja, Bikram, Kripalu, Power, Patanjali and more.  Regardless of which type of Yoga one ends up doing, they all lead to increasing one's wellbeing. 

Like Pilates, Yoga gained it’s fame for being ideal for relieving stress; correcting alignment; preventing injury and illness; balancing the mind and soul with the environment; increasing flexibility, strength, and stamina; building courage and confidence; control of self; discipline; self awareness, gaining one's centre enlightenment.

Ballet Barre Fitness


Have you ever dreamed of having a svelt ballerina body or just love Ballet? Then this is the class for you! This class involves a great variety of ballet movements at the bar, centre & floor. It includes stretches & strengthening movements. Every deep core muscle is targeted ranging from the gluteus, abdominals, spine, arms, hips, thighs, and legs. Graceful carriage and powerful movements combined make for a FANTASTIC workout in the Ballet Barre classes!

SuperFIT Combo


This class is a combination of Pilates, TRX & Yoga. Cominations include a diverse fitness routine in every class. Highly recommended for people with limited time but still want to benefit from 3 types of fitness classes in one class. The entire body is given a workout followed by the stretching, breathing and essential Yoga poses.
